The New York Mets and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield are proud to present the inaugural Mindfulness with the Mets program which encourages young students to learn about the importance of mental health and find positive ways of thinking.
As the first event of the program, the Mets will host a Yoga Clinic on the outfield at Citi Field.
