Equip The Future™ is a player mentoring program led by current and retired players focused on Black youth baseball and softball teams. Middle, high school and HBCU players receive invaluable advice on the keys to success in the game and how to keep adversity from stealing the dream. The clinic is a service vehicle for Professional players to provide intensive mentoring sessions to youth following a guided conversation covering the pressures of play, the discomfort of being “the only” and successful habits that can be formed and relied on throughout the journey
