2026 Junior Mets Baseball Camp – Week 2 Application

Brought to you by the Amazin’ Mets Foundation, the Junior Mets Youth Baseball program strives to introduce the game of baseball to youth in our community at an early age. Our goal is to create access for underserved groups, develop fundamental baseball skills, and foster a lifelong love for the game that can help pave a pathway for the future of the sport.

This second week of camp is open to boys and girls ages 11–12 who have not participated in a Junior Mets Baseball Camp within the previous two years (2024 & 2025). Baseball and softball players of all skill levels are welcome.

Our professional coaching staff, organized by USA Baseball, will lead all on-field instruction throughout the week, with support from the Mets when available. We are committed to creating a fun, inclusive, and positive environment where every athlete can learn, grow, and enjoy the game.

Camp Details

Location: TBD (Location details will be shared with accepted participants)
Dates: Monday, August 3 – Friday, August 7, 2026
Cost: FREE OF CHARGE

Daily Schedule:
• Camp runs daily from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Daily check-in begins at 8:30 AM
• Monday, August 3:  Early check-in begins at 8:00 AM

Please note that space is limited. All applicants will receive a confirmation email if they have been accepted into the camp. Completion of this application does not guarantee enrollment.

Eligibility Requirements

• Participants must be 11-12 years old during the week of camp
• Age verification will take place on the first day of camp
• This camp is exclusively for new participants
• Athletes who have attended a Junior Mets Baseball Camp within the last two years (2024 or 2025) are not eligible to apply

If our records indicate that a participant has previously attended and applied, the application will be rejected and the family will be notified.

Attendance Requirement

All accepted participants must be able to attend all five (5) days of the Junior Mets Baseball Camp. Partial attendance will not be permitted.

If a participant applies for and accepts a spot in camp but is unable to attend all five days, they will not be eligible to participate in future Amazin’ Mets Foundation programs or events.

We kindly ask families to carefully review their schedules before applying to ensure full availability for the duration of the camp week.

Uniform Sizes

Parents are required to submit their child’s projected uniform size at the time of application to ensure accurate sizing for camp apparel.

• The Junior Mets Baseball Camp is not responsible for incorrect sizes submitted on the application
• No uniform exchanges will be permitted
